Ripe Mango Juice smoothie

Ingredient
   Ripe mango 100 g. 
   Boiled water 200 g.
   Syrup 30 g.
   Salt 1 g.


How do
          Mango wash thoroughly. Peel mango. Mango just slice the meat. Boiled water and salt blended together. Seasonings to your taste. (Like sweet syrup down). (It should drink up in one day).

Nutritious
          - Mango
               Vitamin A and vitamin C. Help prevent eye disease, scurvy and a little phosphorus, calcium and iron.
