Cocoa Smoothie

Ingredient
   Cocoa powder 2 tsp.
   Creamer 2 tsp.
   Sweetened condensed milk 4 tbsp.
   Syrup 4 tsp.
   Evaporated milk 4 tbsp.
   Crushed ice 2 cups.

How do
          Cocoa tea with hot water. Add cream and sweetened condensed milk, mix well, pour hot syrup, cocoa milk blended together. Then add crushed ice to it. Spun together again.

               Stimulate the central nervous system, cardiac, diuretic, blood vessels expand. Smooth muscle relaxation and cure asthma.

         - Milk
               Biotin, Iodine, Magnesium, Pantothenic acid, Potassium, Riboflavin, Selenium, Thiamine, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamins D and Vitamin K.


Juice recommended
- Smoothies job's tears with cantaloupe
Vegetable juice is recommended
- Cocoa

- Milk
