Carrot juice

Ingredient
   Carrots cut small pieces 3 tbsp.
   Syrup 8 tablespoons.
   Lemon juice 2 tablespoons.
   Salt 1 tsp.
   Boiled water 2 glasses.

How do
          Wash carrots thoroughly. Cut into small pieces, add water to thoroughly blended. Mix syrup, lemon juice, salt and water. Mix well. Add ice before serving.


Nutritious
         - Carrot
               Contain beta - carotene high, Protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A and vitamin C, B1, B2.
         - Lemon
               Are high in vitamin C, citric acid, vitamin A, calcium and phosphorus.
