Prune juice


Ingredient
   Prunes 1 cup.
   Water 8 cups.
   Sugar 3 cups.
   Salt 1 tsp.

How do
          Prune out the seeds. Braise until tender mash prunes thoroughly filtered water only. add salt, sugar, stir and heat to boiling again.


Nutritious
          - Prune
               Vitamin B2, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron. and high fiber.
