Roselle juice

Ingredient
   Roselle flowers, fresh / dried 20 g.
   Syrup 30 g.
   Water 200 g.
   Salt 2 g.

How do
          Bring flowers, fresh or dried roselle was. Wash thoroughly. Pot boiled. Then reduce the heat to a mild simmer until the water is dark red. Remove from roselle flower pot. Then add syrup and salt put down. Let the Roselle boil water for 1 minute. Taste like.

Nutritious
          - Roselle
               Has a very high vitamin A. Calcium bones and teeth. Diuretic to lower blood pressure. A mild laxative. And relieve thirst.
