Kiwi smoothie

Ingredient
   Kiwi 1 cup.
   Water 1 cup.
   Syrup 1 tablespoon.
   Crushed ice 1 cup.


How do
          Rinse thoroughly, peel kiwifruit and cut into small pieces. Blended thoroughly. Syrup and ice water and mix to combine.
 
Nutritious
          - Kiwi
                Vitamin C, vitamin E antioxidants. Folate, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease.
