Apple smoothie

Ingredient
   Apples 4 fruits
   Syrup 1 cup.
   Boiled water 2 cups.
   Lemon juice 2 tsp.
   Salt

How do
                The apples are peeled. Just slice the apple flesh. Put the blender. Syrup, lemon juice, a little salt water boiled. Mix to combine. (The fridge, drink by adding ice. Or a blender with ice.)



Nutritious
          - Apple
               Vitamin C is high. Minerals potassium. Reduce acid in the stomach. The digestive system better. Restorative. Cure diarrhea. Dissolve phlegm. Kidney. And nourish the lungs.
          - Lemon
               Are high in vitamin C, citric acid, vitamin A, calcium and phosphorus.
