Corn milk


Ingredient
   Corn 1 cup
   Syrup 1 cup
   Boiled water 4 cups
   Milk 2 tablespoons
   Salt ½ tablespoon

How do
               Clean corn thoroughly. Boil the corn until cooked. Cut corn grain only. The seed corn to a blender. Water boiled syrup, milk and salt. Together until thoroughly blended.
Nutritious
         - Corn
               Vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sugar, starch and protein.
         - Milk
               Biotin, Iodine, Magnesium, Pantothenic acid, Potassium, Riboflavin, Selenium, Thiamine, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamins D and Vitamin K
