Toddy palm juice boil

Ingredient
   Meat Toddy Palm 2 cups
   Sugar 2 cups
   Water 3 cups

How do
          Toddy Palm cut a long piece into a pot of boiling water until sugar. Out left the bubble.
Seasonings to your taste. (Served with ice).
