Papaya smoothie

Ingredient
   Ripe papaya 2 cups
   Syrup 1 cup
   Boiled water 3 cups
   Salt 1/2 tsp

How do
          Ripe papaya, peeled, seeds removed. Wash thoroughly ripe papaya. Ripe papaya cut into small pieces. Syrup boiled water and salt thoroughly blended seasonings to your taste.


Nutritious
          Green papaya with Vitamin C and calcium.
          Ripe papaya with high vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, calcium, and pectin is a mild laxative.
