Mango press juice

Ingredient
   Raw mango 100 g. (there should be no more sour)
Boiled water 200 g.
Syrup 30 g.
Salt 1 g.

How do
          Peel the raw mango. (There should be no more sour) rinse thoroughly. Chopped mango into small strips. Juice and water diets. Filters out the waste out. Syrup and salt. Seasonings to your taste. (Pack ice when drinking).

Nutritious
          - Mango
               Vitamin A and vitamin C. Help prevent eye disease, scurvy and a little phosphorus, calcium and iron.
