Noni juice boil

Ingredient
   Ripe Noni 1-2 fruit (a large)
   Water 1 ½ cups
   Honey ½ cup
   Sugar ¼ cup
   Salt ½ teaspoon

How do
               Noni is ripe (almost ripe) and wash thoroughly. Put a pot of boiling water until tender. Mash the seeds out. Filter only Noni juice. (Taking Noni pulp out). Noni juice has lead to boil the sugar, honey and salt and mix well. Seasonings to your taste. Drink chilled or on ice.

         - Noni
               Carbohydrate, dietary fiber, Vitamin C, Niacin (Vitamin B3), iron, potassium, vitamin A, calcium, sodium, lignans, polysaccharides, flavonoids, iridoids, fatty acids, scopoletin and alkaloids.

         - Honey
               Chrysin, pinobanksin, vitamin C, catalase, pinocembrin, Fructose, Glucose, Maltose, Sucrose, Higher sugars, and more.
