Coconut smoothie

Ingredient
   Coconut  2
   Syrup 1 cup 
   Boiled water 1 cup

How do
          Coconut shell. Pour out the water stored inside. Then scoop out the flesh. Meat and coconut water to blender. Water boiled syrup ingredients together until smooth. Seasonings to your taste. The fridge or drinks with ice.

               + Coconut  meat : Phosphorus, calcium, carbohydrates and essential fatty acids.
               + Coconut water : Protein, sugar, calcium, sodium and potassium
