Coriander and watermelon smoothies

Ingredient
   Coriander 120 g.
   Watermelon 250 g.
   Natural yoghurt ¼ cup
   Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
   Honey 1 teaspoon
   Ice cube

How do
               Wash parsley thoroughly. Cut celery into small pieces watermelon cut into small pieces and chilled watermelon to. Bring all ingredients. (Except ice cubes) into the blender and mix nuke a lot of the same put a glass pack ice 4-5 cubes.



Nutritious
         - Coriander
               Helps dissolve phlegm. The measles or rash. Sweating and cure indigestion.
         - Watermelon
               Vitamin A helps maintain vision and vitamin C prevents scurvy. Diuretic, mouth ulcers, solve the heat and thirst.
         - Yoghurt
               Protein, casein, lactic acid, thiamine, vitamin B1 and Lactobacillus
         Lemon
               Are high in vitamin C, citric acid, vitamin A, calcium and phosphorus.
         Honey
               Chrysin, pinobanksin, vitamin C, catalase, pinocembrin, Fructose, Glucose, Maltose, Sucrose, Higher sugars, and more.

- Watermelon rind boiled Juices
